4 .- The purpose of the processing of Personal Data is to have the basis to comply with legal, tax and labor obligations of staff.

5.- The holder is hereby informed that once the personal data has been obtained, he/she has a period of 5 working days to express his/her refusal for the processing of his/her personal data.

6.- The responsible party states that the Personal Data of the holder is not subject to transfer.

7.- By virtue of the fact that no data is transferred, the consent of the owner is not required.

8.- For the exercise of the Arco rights, the holders must send to the mail address kingdom@wearekingdom.com expressing their request and by the same means we will respond within the time limits established by law.

9.- The means for the holder to revoke the consent to the processing of their personal data will be to send a notice to the email address kingdom@wearekingdom.com and by the same means we will send the revocation within 5 working days. The owner requesting the revocation must identify himself/herself; if the request is made through his/her legal representative, he/she must accompany the documentation proving his/her personality.

10.- The personal data of the owners are not subject to disclosure and are limited to the purposes set forth in this privacy notice.

11.- The data controller does not obtain information through electronic media mechanisms that allow it to collect personal data automatically. Changes or updates made to this privacy notice will be published directly in the privacy notice.

Domínguez Crespo y Asociados S.A. de C.V. da a conocer el Aviso de Privacidad de acuerdo a las siguientes cláusulas:

1.- El Responsable: Domínguez Crespo y Asociados S.A. de C.V. tiene domicilio en Ahumada Villalón 15, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, Ciudad de México C.P. 11000, para oír y recibir notificaciones.

2.- Los Datos Personales que serán sometidos a tratamiento de cada uno de nuestros empleados, socios y asociados serán:

3.- La Responsable no les da tratamiento a Datos Personales Sensibles.

4.- La finalidad del tratamiento de Datos Personales es tener la base para cumplir con las obligaciones legales, fiscales y Laborales del personal.

5.- Por este medio se le informa al titular que una vez obtenidos los datos personales tiene un plazo de 5 días hábiles para que manifieste la negativa para el tratamiento de sus datos personales.

6.- El responsable manifiesta que los Datos Personales del titular no son sujetos de transferencia.

7.- En virtud de que no se transfieren datos no se necesita el consentimiento del titular.

8.- Para el Ejercicio de los derechos Arco los titulares deberán enviar a la dirección de correo kingdom@wearekingdom.com expresando su solicitud y por ese mismo medio les responderemos en los plazos que establece la Ley.

9.- El medio para que el titular pueda revocar el consentimiento al tratamiento de sus datos personales será mandar un aviso a la dirección de correo kingdom@wearekingdom.com y por ese mismo medio les haremos llegar la revocación en un plazo de 5 días hábiles. El titular que solicite la revocación deberá identificarse, si el trámite lo hace por medio de su representante legal deberá acompañar la documentación que acredite su personalidad.

10.- Los datos personales de los titulares no son sujetos de divulgación y se encuentran limitados a las finalidades previstas en el presente aviso de privacidad.

11.- La responsable no obtiene información a través de mecanismos en medios de comunicación electrónica que le permitan recabar datos personales de manera automática.

12.- Los cambios o actualizaciones realizadas al presente aviso de privacidad se publicarán directamente en el aviso de privacidad.
